Hart Partners collaborates with several agencies to bring services to Hart and Franklin counties.

We work with :

 Communities In Schools of Georgia to provide programs to ensure school readiness and promote student success

 Georgia Family Connection Partnership - to provide programs promoting children's health and stable, economically self-sufficient families

Hart Youth Development Resource Agency (HYDRA)  to bring summer camps  and after school programs to kids

Department of Family and Children's Services  - to provide parenting  training  and visits

Hart County Sheriff's Dept - to provide summer Police Academy for students

Hart County Chamber of Commerce - to provide other community events


Other partners and programs include:

 

Bell Family YMCA— providing food for after school programs

Prevent Child Abuse of Hart County – providing children’s resources

NE Council on Domestic Violence —Providing self-esteem classes for  battered women

Tobacco Coalition —anti smoking campaigns for kids

Adult Learning Center– providing adult computer classes

Hart Life - providing pregnancy consulting to teens and abstinence  awareness
