Hart Partners is a 501 c3 non-profit organization created in 1998 to
serve children, youth and families of Hart county.
We are affiliated with
Communities In Schools
of Georgia and
Family Connections
of Georgia. Our mission is to work with organizations, schools, local
businesses, and volunteers to provide quality programs for families.
Our goal is to preserve families and help children succeed in life. We
have a board of directors which meets monthly to determine the direction
of our programs. Since one of our goals is to focus on youth development
and empowerment, a high school student serves on our board to keep us
aware of local teen issues .
